Corporate Matching Gift Programs
Bennett Elementary PTSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — donations are tax deductible as allowed by law, and matchable by most company's matching programs.

Bennett Elementary PTSA is grateful to receive donations made from corporate matching gift programs. If you are unsure whether your employer sponsors a corporate matching gift program you can inquire within your human resources department. Please note the following details when donating or requesting a matching gift:
If an online tool is available through your corporate matching gift program it is the most efficient way to donate, as well as request a matching gift. While donations made directly online using a credit card do incur a small fee from the credit agency it is the quickest and easiest way for the organization you are giving to to receive your contribution and matching gift.
If you choose to give your donation directly to PTSA you can often either go online to initiate the matching gift request or complete a matching gift request form. In either case be sure to note that there are three different Bennett groups to choose from when you are designating the recipient of your donation and matching gift. The three potential Bennett recipients are:


• Bennett Elementary
• Bennett Elementary Parent Teacher Association
      (formerly named on the website as Richard Bennett Parent Teacher Association)
• Bennett Foreign Language Program (BFLP)

While Bennett Elementary, the school itself, is eligible for private donations and matching gifts, it is the Bennett Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTSA) that actively solicits donations and facilitates fundraising campaigns. If you have given through the Walk-a-thon, Bennett library’s “fund a shelf”, Book fair purchases for classrooms, or other PTSA related fundraisers all are eligible for matching gifts provided you select Bennett Parent Teacher Association as the matching gift recipient. The Parent Teacher Association (PTSA) garners parent and community support and actively seeks their input and guidance as to how those dollars are put to use within the programs, events and services provided to the students at Bennett.


Bennett Elementary, BFLP and the Bennett Elementary PTSA gratefully receive donations made on the part of parents and community members every year. Thank you for your continued support through your contributions and the effort made to facilitate matching gifts.
